I have been working in mental health since 2010 in various capacities through social work, residential facilities, outpatient programs, family-based programs, education settings, and ultimately, private practice. My goal is to help you break free of negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve your relationships with others and yourself. This field has always been my passion–I consider myself a lifelong learner who doesn’t get stuck on outdated methods or modalities. I also don’t take myself too seriously, so you can expect a non-judgmental approach built on trust and connection with a hint of whimsy and fun mixed into each session. So, what are you waiting for?

Bringing over a decade of experience working in mental health in various capacities, I view therapy as a collaborative process–I place a strong emphasis on ensuring clients feel connected, heard, and safe during each session. I believe in making therapy fun and meaningful, balancing whimsy with professionalism and transparency.

I believe that every client has inherent value and deserves a therapist who takes the time and effort to connect on a deeper level. I never want anyone to feel like they aren’t worthy of therapy. We can all benefit from learning how to break old patterns of behavior that keep us stuck in negative cycles. Therapy encompasses learning to understand the bigger picture, dynamics, and relationships surrounding you; it’s much deeper than just mental health.
